Conditional License & Usage Rules: Goodzylla Worldwide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to utilize the application for individual or commercial caption workflow. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our AI mechanisms to generate structural hate speech, defamatory material, copyright-infringing content, illegal threats, or automated systemic abuse. Breach of this protocol will lead to an immediate ban.
3. Billing Framework: Premium credit systems are charged strictly in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle, or via a designated flat fee for Lifetime packages. 4. Absolute Non-Refundable Nature: Due to immediate structural server compute constraints and GPU allocation overhead costs incurred instantly during AI inference cycles, all fiscal transactions are final.
