You are responsible for the content you generate. You may not use GetVibe to generate hate speech, illegal content, or harassment.
Payments for PRO plans are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal provided by Stripe.
Due to the nature of AI generation costs, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used. However, we evaluate accidental double-charges on a case-by-case basis.
GetVibe provides AI-generated content "as is". We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or the impact of the content on your social media accounts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
